All remote controlled sockets have been pre-programmed and can be used immediately.
To re-program the remote control transmitter and socket receiver, please follow instructions below.
Detailed Self- Learning Operation:


■Plug the remote controlled socket to a power point and turn the power on.
■Press and hold the power button of the socket receiver for about 3 seconds till the LED indicator on.
■Release the power button.
■Click the left button of the transmitter.Socket programming successful when the LED indicator flashes until it stays on.
■Continue click the right button of the transmitter.Night light programming successful when the LED indicator flashes until it stays on.
(Note: The programming interval of the left and right buttons must be less than 8 seconds, otherwise the night light fail to be programmed.)
■ The remote controlled socket is now ready to use.

Clear programming

■Plug the remote controlled socket to a power point and turn the power on.
■Press and hold the power button of the socket receiver for about 8 seconds until the LED indicator flashes to go off.
■Release the power button.The clear programming is successful.

Battery is not included for avoiding shipping troubles.
Make sure the battery and socket installation is firm, safe and correct.
For indoor use only, it should be installed in the places of aeration and far from high-temperature source.
Make sure to avoid strong sunlight, raining and moisture places
Do not exceed the maximum load current.

“1 socket only” represents only a socket (excluding remote control); “1 remoter only” represents only a remote control (excluding socket). The remote control and socket of this product cannot be used with other products, even if the frequency is the same. So if you have not purchased this product, please do not purchase a separate remote control or socket, otherwise you cannot use it with your product. Thank you very much for understanding.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
