A.Import duties, taxes and charges is not included in price, buyer has to pay import tax. Differ country different tax fee. like Chile or ARGENTINA or Spain etc, tax maybe over usd 30-90.

B. We pack very carefully with foam, will arrive in a good condition!

C. when goods arrived, don’t sign firstly, inspect goods,if come with broken, pls reject, then we can get some compensation from post office. If you had signed, and found goods broken, pls ask delivery company to open a prove that goods come with broken. why do this, because delivery company never take responsibility for their mistake. and we suffer big lost!

D. please get parcel on time.

E.if parcel hold in customs, buyer did not help clearance, like offer invoice to customs; or parcel arrived but did not take it, then being sent back. we did not have responsibility to pay the ship cost back to China, more than USD70.

F. Please note Hongkong air post is Hongkong post sea freight to customer, about 60 day to arrive, please pay attention! Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
